Organized by the Chinese Literature Federation and Chinese Musicians' Association since 2001, this is the most exclusive all-around Music Award in China and is approved by the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of CPC. On 11th, July 2003, an agreement was signed by the Guangzhou People's Government, the Chinese Literature Federation and the Chinese Musicians' Association.
