The Guangdong International Tourism & Culture Festival and Tourism Development Convention of the Pan Pearl River Delta is a major event which is co-sponsored by the National Tourism Administration and People's Goverment of Guangdong Province. 

The festival's main venue is located in Guangzhou and partial venues and other activities are shared among big or middling cities across the Pearl River Delta. Festival highlights include the opening ceremony, fancy car parade, tour promotions and international travel fair and a joint performance of Lingnan folk art.
