Guangzhou International Dragon Boat Championship is the mostpopular and eye-catching large-scale folk custom activity on the Dragon BoatDay. Sponsored by the Guangzhou Municipal People’s Government, this event hasbeen successfully held for more than 20 years. So far, it has become one of thetop dragon boat competitions renowned both at home and abroad. On June 23, theannual Championship will be held again. The theme for this year is “carryingforward the dragon boat culture; jointly building a more beautiful Guangzhou”.
